End of Year
Are you moving? Please let us know if you plan to move from Marshall Springs or to a new community.
As we prepare for our 2024-205 year, it is important to have accurate enrolment numbers so we can create the required number of classes. If you know you are moving out of the Marshall Springs School boundary, we would appreciate if you call or email the school to inform us that your child(ren) will not be attending next year.
This helps us to be prepared for the upcoming year. We would like to remind families that should you move out of the Marshall Springs School boundary during the school year, students are able to stay the remainder of the year but will be transferred to the school within their boundary for the next school year. While we would love for all families to stay, we do not have the available space to accommodate all requests. A request to attend a school outside of your boundary will be required each school year.

Provincial Achievement Tests
Grade 9 students participating in PAT exams will be writing this week on Wednesday and Thursday. Please remind students to arrive at school on time.
We also want to remind students and families that although the PAT process is important, students do not need to be overly stressed about them. The PATs provide information about students’ performance on one particular day, and there are many factors that impact performance on these exams. PAT results help provide us with information on our program and where we can continue to improve.
