Good morning parents/guardians,

A four (4) day week of learning ahead as Friday, December 8 is a Non-Instructional Day.  Above season temperatures look to continue, but we know mountain weather can change pretty quick.  As long as Mother Nature is agreeable, we will continue to use our great outdoor spaces for HPE and Outdoor education classes.  Please ensure that your child(ren) are dressed for the weather.

  • Winter Concert and Art Show.
  • Wrestling Meet at AE Cross @ 4:00pm.
• Friday, December 8:
  • Non-Instructional Day – NO School for Students.
• Friday, December 15:
  • Pep Rallies.
    • Period 2: Gr. 6/7.
    • Period 3: Gr. 8/9.

Winter Concert and Art Show

Ms. Biggar and Ms. Walker will be presenting our winter concert and art show on Thursday, December 7 starting at 5:00pm @ Marshall Springs.  The art show will be in the main entrance/foyer/learning commons from 5:00-6:00pm and the winter concert this take place in the main gym starting at 6:00pm.  Doors to the main gym will open at 5:45pm for seating.

Telus Be Brave Hitmen Hockey Game

If your child was selected to go to the Hitmen game in February 2024, please make sure you have returned signed forms to Mrs. Houston in Room 241. 

Fees have now been posted on your MyCBE / PowerSchool account.  To secure your spot, make sure you have returned your forms and paid the fee by December 8th.

If you no longer wish to go, or cannot get forms and payment into Mrs. Houston by December 8, please contact Mrs. Houston directly at fehouston@cbe.ab.ca

Athletics Update

Field Trip & Athletic Fees at Marshall Springs

We depend on the payment of field trip and athletic fees to pay the bills associated with these experiences. Our ability to offer these experiences is directly related to the payment of fees.
