Good morning MSS families,

Thank you to all who were able to attend in-person students progress conferences (SPCs) last Friday. Day 2 of SPCs is this Friday, March 6 virtually through Microsoft Teams from 130-400pm. The online booking system re-opens on Monday, March 2 to book for Friday, March 6. Conferences on March 6 are virtual, there are no in-person conferences on this day.

Semester 1 report cards were available last week. Paper copies are no longer printed and sent home. To view your child(rens) report card, you need a MyCBE account. If you do not have one, please sign-up HERE.

A full five (5) day week of learning ahead with above zero temperatures. As always, please ensure that your child is dressed for the weather.

Staffing Update

Ms. Stenhouse is currently on medical leave in advance of her maternity leave. We wish her all the best as we await the arrival of her baby. Ms. Chantal Wall will be covering her classes until March break. Ms. Wall can be contacted at chawall@cbe.ab.ca

Student Progress Conferences (SPCs) - Round #2

The second day of round 2 for student progress conferences will take place on March 6.

***UPDATE*** (February 26, 2026)

Ms. Stenhouse is on medical leave until her maternity leave.  All of Ms. Stenhouse's conferences on February 27 and March 6 are cancelled.

  • March 2-5 | Online system re-opens to community for booking.
    • -System closes at 400pm on March 5th.
  • March 6(Day #2) | Virtual Conferences via TEAMS 130-400pm.

MSS Athletics Update
