Hello Marshall Springs School Community, 

This is our final Weekly Message of the 2023 - 2024 school year. Please see below for important year-end information.

Principal Update:

• Kevin Godfrey will return to his role as MSS Principal on Thursday, June 27. He is looking forward to reconnecting with the community and we are excited to welcome him back.
• Thank you to Pat Kaiserseder and Greg Bondy for the leadership and support they have provided at MSS for the past two months. 

Grade 8 Boat Races:

• Cancelled Due to Water Restrictions.

Locker Cleanout - Wednesday Morning:

• Bring bags.
• Take everything home, recycle or throw in garbage.
• MSS will happily accept new and unused school supplies for future student use.

Grade 9 Stage Walk - Wednesday Afternoon:

• Doors open for families at 1pm.

Report Cards – Available Online Wednesday AM:

• Live in PowerSchool on Wednesday.
• No paper copies will be printed by the school.

Last Day for Students:

• Thursday, June 27.
• Early dismissal at 11:40am.
• Students must exit the school by 12pm.

Appeals Day - Friday

• Non-Instructional Day (students do not attend school).
• Office Hours: 9am-12pm.

2024-25 School Year - Looking Ahead:

• Main Office Opens August 26, 2024.
• First Day of School for all MSS Students is August 29, 2024.
• Check the MSS website near the end of August for updates and return to school information.
• Cell Phone Policy: Please have conversations with your kids about the risks and benefits of cell phones. Our goal is to help students become educated about cell phone usage and have the knowledge and power to make great choices for themselves.
