Complimentary Course Interest Survey 2025-2026: Due March 3

We are collecting information from our students and their parents/guardians to help us determine which complimentary (option) courses we will offer at Marshall Springs in the 2025-26 school year. To help ensure we offer courses that students are excited about, we are requesting that every student review our new Course Descriptions with their families, and then complete the Complementary Course Interest Survey before next Monday, March 3, 2025.

***A few important notes about the survey***

  • Please ensure you complete the survey for the grade your child is CURRENTLY in.
  • Please do not use any answers more than once on the survey (you must select eight (8) different courses.
  • Please ensure students have support from their parents/guardians.
  • Please be thoughtful in your responses. This survey will help us determine which complementary courses to offer next school year.
  • Students must be logged into their CBEEDU accounts to access the survey.

Provincial Achievement Tests (PATs)

In May and June of this year Grade 6 and Grade 9 students across the province will participate in the Provincial Achievement Tests (PATs). Results from these tests will provide Alberta Education, school administrators, teachers, parents/guardians, students, and the public with information about what students know and can do in relation to provincial standards at the end of Grade 6 and Grade 9. These results can be used to improve learning opportunities for students.
