A four (4) day week of learning ahead for students as Friday, April 19 is a Non-Instructional Day. It appears that snow will be returning to Calgary Monday/Tuesday of next week…please ensure that your child is dressed for the weather.

- Junior (Gr. 6/7) badminton tryouts/practice at 3:15pm.
- YPI Director Visit – Gr. 9.
- Gr. 6 Immunizations (Round 2).
- Gr. 7/8/9 Immunizations (Catch-up).
- Tuesday, April 16:
- Intermediate (Gr. 8) badminton tryouts/practice at 3:15pm.
- Spring Photos – all students.
- Wednesday, April 17:
- Senior (Gr. 9) badminton tryouts/practice at 3:15pm.
- Friday, April 19:
- Non-Instructional Day – NO School for students.
Spring Photos
Spring Photos will take place for all students on Tuesday, April 16. All students will be photographed, proofs will be sent home with students, and parent/guardians, if they choose, can order photos online at mylifetouch.ca
Athletics Teams and Clubs group photos will take place on Monday, April 22.
Spring Dance – Leadership
We are excited for the upcoming Marshall Springs School Spring Dance, where we'll be rolling out the red carpet Hollywood-style!
Ticket Sales for the Spring Dance have been extended to include Monday, April 15th, at lunch outside the main office. After this time, any students who have missed the ticket sales and would like to attend the dance will need to speak to Ms. O'Lain directly by 3:30 pm on Wednesday, April 17th

Dance Details:
- Date: April 18th.
- Theme: Hollywood Red Carpet.
- Dress Code: Semi-formal encouraged, but any school-appropriate dress is welcome.
- Location: Marshall Springs Main Gym.
- Time: 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
- Cost: $4.00 per ticket.
- Attendees: Must be current students of Marshal Springs School.
Event Highlights:
- Enjoy the beats of a Professional DJ.
- Concession stand offering snacks and drinks.
- A photo booth to capture the memories.
- An opportunity for students to dress up and feel glamorous.
- A fantastic way to get moving.
2023 – 2024 Yearbook
Yearbooks are now available for purchase. MSS yearbooks are purchased online through Lifetouch.

- Orders must be placed by May, 24, 2024

UPDATE | Gr. 9 Farewell
Gr. 9 Farewell will take place on Wednesday, June 5 from 6:00 – 11:00pm at Heritage Park. We have confirmed all details for this event and are now awaiting the associated cost/student. Once we receive this information, it will be communicated to parents/guardians through email and the fee will be added to your PowerSchool account.
